K29 was designed as one of the elements of the urban circuit on Konstitucijos Avenue and the “urban hill” on the right bank of the River Neris. This single elliptical object stands out with its innovative constructional solutions. Modernity, functionality and rationality were the main criteria that guided the architects throughout the development of this building.
A park created next to K29 also continuously passes under the building, expanding the visual boundaries of greenery and extending the footpaths. From the moment that you enter the building, you are welcomed by a magnificent atrium space flooded with natural light and surrounded by modern and comfortable offices.
