Open House Vilnius 2020 presents the artistic photo-documentation of one of the late modernism gems  – the Vilnius’ Concerts and Sports Palace (1971, architects: Eduardas Chlomauskas, Jonas Kriukelis, Zigmantas Liandzbergis).  The installation is part of (Dis)similar districts tour and is created by austrian artists Willi Dorner and Lisa Rastl

THE ARTISTS:

Lisa Rastl – architecture, art, exhibition photographer. Lisa collaborates with Willi Dorner, photo-documents performances, installations. Her exhibitions have taken place in Hon Kong, Chile,  Vienna, London, Brussels and etc.

Willi Dorner – choreographer, who works and lives in Vienna. In 1999 he founded the company Cie.Willi Dorner. His works and creations are interdisciplinary, quite often site-specific movement performances and they are show all over the world. Willi is also interested in photography, cinema, animation, installations. Willi is inviting the onlooker to look at a daily life differently, to make it more exciting with his creativity. The artists may often be seen in such famous festivals like Festival de Marseille, Festival TransAmériques Montreal, Dance Umbrella London, or Crossing the Lines New York and etc.
