S7 Business Centre and the Headquarters of Telia Lietuva

The S7 office block in Saltoniškių Street is a complex of four buildings forming a separate city within a city. In the past, the area was home to a bread factory and other businesses, before it was finally decided to redevelop the area. The result of these changes is now apparent: the former industrial area has been transformed into an example of modern architecture.

The architectural style of the business district is unified and does not compete with the surrounding environment, but blends into its urban context. The buildings of the complex themselves form a courtyard in the inner space, creating connections between the buildings. Each building reflects different natural themes in the interior: forest, water, meadow and valley. The aim was to make these buildings a cosy place to work at and be together, like a natural sanctuary where people meet unexpectedly and share their ideas – just like in the well-known Silicon Valley.

One of the buildings in the complex houses the office of Telia Lietuva, the interior of which reflects the theme of the forest, with a strong emphasis on organic forms. Modern, sustainable and innovative tools are used to create attractive workspaces, while the rooftop terrace is designed for relaxation, offering beautiful views of the Vilnius skyline. It also features special houses for bats.
