“Rise Vilnius” is a co-working space focused on fintech startup creators and is one of seven such spaces established by Barclays worldwide. This space is more than just a workplace; various events are held here and serves as a meeting point for creators, business representatives, and innovation enthusiasts.
Globally, “Rise” offices are created based on established guidelines, and “Rise Vilnius” is no exception. However, it also features national motifs, and some of the furniture was custom-made by local craftsmen. The interior uses a lot of natural materials such as wood, glass, and metal.
An important part of the “Rise Vilnius” interior are works of art, which, according to the architect, should not be lacking not only in homes but also in the workplace. Therefore, space was found for drawings by several Lithuanian artists on the walls in various co-working zones.
It is worth mentioning that the architect cleverly preserved and incorporated into the new interior elements of the interior of the previously existing institutions, based on the principles of sustainability and reuse, which are gaining momentum in today’s context and have an increasingly significant impact.
