The “Hero” business center, located on Lvivo Street, is one of the newest buildings in Vilnius’s central business district, complementing the so-called urban hill on the right bank of the Neris River. Previously, the “Ibrahim” shopping center stood on this site, but the area was redeveloped to create a modern example of urban architecture and a contemporary working environment.

The building stands out not only for its modern architecture but also for its concept—some of the first so-called healthy offices in Lithuania are being developed here. In designing the spaces, significant attention is given to natural light, air quality, employee rest, and physical activity, ensuring a work environment that supports well-being.

“Hero” also aims to become a benchmark business center in Lithuania—the building has already received a “BREEAM Outstanding” certification and is also seeking “WELL Gold” certification. This demonstrates how modern architecture can combine aesthetics, functionality, and responsibility for the future.
