“Tech Park” is the largest startup hub in the Baltic States, dedicated to startups and technology companies, and located within the grounds of the Sapiegos Palace Park in Antakalnis.

The park is one of the oldest surviving historic parks in Vilnius and, together with the palace, forms part of the 17th-century baroque urban ensemble of the Sapiega residence.
In 1808, the administration of the Russian Empire established a military hospital complex within the Sapiegos Palace estate. In the mid-19th century, the site was expanded with the construction of new hospital pavilions, forming the architectural structure visible today.

Between 2016 and 2017, the former hospital buildings were reconstructed and adapted for use as a technology park. Most startups and technology companies are now housed in the historic hospital buildings. During the reconstruction, the overall structure of the complex was preserved, while authentic architectural details were restored and revealed.

Today, the ensemble is open to the public—the historic 19th-century architectural complex has been complemented with contemporary functions while preserving its cultural and architectural value.
