Located in the Naujamiestis district of Vilnius, on the site of the former Sparta factory, the 35,000 m2 Cyber City technology complex is like a city within a city, with unique and sustainable work and leisure spaces.
The first residents – portfolio companies of business accelerator Tesonet (Nord Security, Surfshark, Oxylabs, Cyber Care, etc.) – will move into the tech campus in early 2023.
The building complex comprises office, co-working and commercial spaces, as well as innovative recreational spaces designed for the technology community. There is a sense of care for the well-being of employees in all spaces of the complex.
The project, which is one of the largest conversions in Vilnius, is distinguished not only by its character, scale and architecture, but also by its modern façade solutions, which give the buildings a unique appearance, while also ensuring their energy efficiency and durability. The construction of the building uses factory-built three-layer precast reinforced concrete façade elements with a full brickwork finish. This is the first time that such solutions have been used for administrative buildings in Lithuania.
