The Kilo Health building on Aludarių Street is an example of industrial architecture, dating back centuries of brewing history. Being one of the three largest 19th-century breweries in Vilnius, known as Chopin Brewery and later Tauro Brewery, this brewery was built in 1865 and has since been extended and reconstructed.

The most significant element of the complex is the huge vaulted cellars, built in 1869, which were used to store the brewery’s production. In 1879, a one-storey industrial building with a loft was built above the cellars, according to the reconstruction project of architect N. Čiaginas. The central part of the basement is dominated by a spacious room divided into three parts by metal columns characteristic of the historicist period, supporting paired arches and three-span cylindrical vaults. It is the first industrial building in the history of industrial architecture in Vilnius to use metal structures.

Today, the complex is used as a business centre. Dynamic workspaces and meeting spaces contrast with the adjacent brick and fieldstone walls, filled with the spirit of old times, and transporting one to a different frame of the colourful film of this building’s history.
