Located on Konstitucijos Avenue, SEB headquarters attracts attention with its modern volumes and innovative and environmentally-friendly architectural, interior design and engineering solutions.

With its modern façade, the SEB building has the appearance of two blocks, but the two volumes form a single and unified building inside, which is accessible from both Konstitucijos Avenue and Upės Street. The two entrances are connected by a unique amphitheatre of spectacular size stretching over two floors and linking the streets.

This public space is a pedestrian zone which also includes a square with a restaurant, coffee outlets, vending machines, alternative workplaces and a bank branch. The amphitheatre’s staircases and suspended terraces with trees, plants, chairs and benches are used for public events. Natural materials such as wood, stone and rough plaster were used during construction.

The building is designed to be as energy-efficient and environmentally friendly as possible. The building is the first and so far only newly-built office building in the Baltic States to achieve BREEAM Outstanding New Construction certification. BREEAM Outstanding is like the Oscar of new building certification.
