The office building, with a sonorous name “Victoria”, is a luxurious and distinctive landmark of the city’s business center, crowning the “Business Triangle” office complex.

The building’s volumetric composition is characterized by a distinctive expression, consisting of a glazed rectangular volume and light granite planes that encircle it like a frame. To achieve more subtle and graceful forms, a vertical element rises above the building – an elevated glass stairwell volume adjacent to a 76.5 meter high wall. Due to this solution, the building’s silhouette is seen as a narrow line from different points and resembles the shape of a paperclip.

Above the building, there is the highest bridge structure in Lithuania – an observation deck located at a height of 61 meters. Two materials with very different properties – glass and stone – are used for the facades. This contrast between the transparent, light and the solid, heavy gives the building more elegance and solidity.

In front of the building, there is a representative space overlooking the river, from which one can enter the main space of the building – a three-story hall. Universal spaces for offices are designed in the building. The glazed volume of the office spaces ensures a visual connection between the interior spaces of the building and the river, and from the eleventh floor, there is a view towards Gediminas Avenue.
