About

Quadrum Business Center is a symbol of modern architecture, situated on the right bank of the Neris River alongside other business centers. This ambitious project, consisting of three towers and a central courtyard, once again redraws the map of business attraction. The complex impresses with its innovative solutions, the quality of the created workspaces, and the carefully considered infrastructure that reveals the diverse needs of modern business.

The three buildings of the business ensemble, each with a different height, are arranged so that none of them blocks the view from the windows: they are designed to rise in a spiral, with green terraces on the projections. It’s like a separate city within a city, with a three-level underground parking lot, restaurants, a conference center, a sports club, and even a kindergarten.

In Quadrum, you can find a large collection of works of art, both inside and outside. It is gradually being replenished to create a more vibrant atmosphere.

Almost half of the plot’s space is dedicated to the public – the project aims to encourage life around the “towers” by creating certain urban structures and combining urban architecture with the natural environment. The project adopts Scandinavian values of respect for the environment and community, ensuring quality advantage and minimal environmental impact.
