Park Town Business Centre is a harmonious blend of contemporary architecture and natural elements, combining a workspace with a social environment. The building has been awarded the prestigious BREEAM international building environmental performance certificate, a standard for classifying architectural sustainability, efficient modern technologies, and responsible resource use.

The sculptural form of the building was determined by three criteria: Šeškinė hills, height requirements of the right bank of the Neris River, and the nearby viaduct. The building also responds to the surrounding greenery and is considered one of the “greenest” office buildings in all of Lithuania. In the center of graceful form is full of details that reflect greenery: the interior is decorated with plant motifs and symbols, there are green walls made of stabilized plants, and a terrace surrounded by nature has been created.

Adjacent to the building is a unique Japanese garden designed by world-class landscape architect Shiro Nakane, filled with an Eastern spirit of concentration and a special connection to majestic and cultivated nature. The flawless garden area full of nature and tranquility creates a harmonious, high-quality, and unified whole with the adjacent business center buildings.
