Business Garden Vilnius – a green foothold at the edge of Lazdynai

Business Garden Vilnius, developed by Vastint Lithuania, is a modern office complex featuring contemporary office and retail spaces. Strategically located near the city centre, it sits at one of Vilnius’ busiest intersections – where Laisvės Avenue meets Oslo Street.

The urban concept of the complex was developed by the international architectural and urban planning studio ARC-ML, and later adapted to the local context and refined in detail by DO ARCHITECTS. The naturalistic-style landscape was designed by landscape architect Rasa Laurinavičienė.

Through smart architectural solutions and ergonomic technologies, the complex offers not only comfortable but also eco-friendly workspaces. The buildings are surrounded by green areas, outdoor playgrounds, pedestrian and bicycle paths, and leisure zones that seamlessly blend into the forested slopes of Lazdynai.

A particularly interesting feature is the green infrastructure built atop the underground parking: raised concrete planters are densely planted, creating an aesthetic and sustainable environment.

This park-like space is an ambitious project – the landscaped area covers nearly 4,000 square meters, making it the largest among all business centers in Lithuania. It is home to almost 40,000 plants, setting a new benchmark for green urban development.
