When moving into the premises of a renovated industrial building, “Plazma” Architecture studio realized its main goal of independently creating and furnishing a space that would not resemble a typical office environment but would be comfortable to work in and cozy to be in.
In the New Town district, where the office spaces are located, the spirit of the former factory still lives on. Seeking a balance between the old and the new, the preserved industrial space has acquired a new sound with Soviet-era details: glass block partitions, open ceiling and wall constructions.
The main focus of the work zone is custom-made tables with plastic forms, incorporated into the industrial-looking interior. An unconventional composition of light fixtures also catches the eye in the open lounge area.
The interior of the office, created by architects who have been awarded several times for the environments they have created for their clients, has not gone unnoticed in interior design competitions. The project has become the winner of two interior design competitions.
The interior, which has become the studio’s signature feature, demonstrates how to optimally utilize industrial space to create and separate various zones of a modern office, making them attractive and comfortable for the office owners to live in and use.
