About

• K29 atrium is one of the largest in Lithuania;
• The building has been designed with the quality of staff work areas in mind, integrating new dual façade technology that protects against noise and contributes to maintaining optimal indoor temperatures;
• As much as 18,000 square meters of glass were needed to cover the facade of this building. That is equivalent to 43 basketball courts;
• The main idea of the project is an organically completed geometric shape of the building, commanded by the current urban situation, functional specifics and the nearby Šeškinė hills;
• K29 received all the main Lithuanian architecture and innovation awards: Archiforma, the best Real Estate project, “Look at yourself” („Žvilgsnis į save“) and one by Ministry of Environment.
